Submitting a ticket to the support centre gets top priority and the quickest service (tickets get answered before phone calls) . This will allow us to log your request and address it asap. If we cannot sort out request by email, we will then email you for a convenient time to call you.
Office Hours:
Ticket support is available: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri
The help desk is closed on weekends and public holidays
My site is live now what?
First lets explain the different login area's you have and how you can manage your website, emails and accounts through all of these places.
Billing Account Admin Area
The billing account area is where you can view your bills, manage your account details and domain names. You can also access your Hosting account details through here. http://billing.twg-dev.net/accounts
Website Management Area (CMS)
Your website management area is where you can manage the content of your website. You will find an 'admin' link at the bottom of your website, the footer area. This will then take you to the admin area for your website
